If a full address is needed, you will be asked to enter that in the same box, and re-query.
Vote-by-mail (VBM) requests must be sent to the correct address by COUNTY or MUNICIPALITY
...unlike Voter Registration (VR) forms which may be sent to a state-wide office, where
they are sorted, and mailed back out to the counties or municipalities for processing.
It is better to send VR forms directly to the county or municipality too, especially
if you are making a VBM request at the same time: send both in the same envelope.
In most cases the proper county or municipal address can be obtained from zipcode alone.
